HoneCraft, Lda. respects your privacy. This page explains what personal data we collect through the honecraft.pt website, what we use it for, and what rights you have.

What data we collect

We only collect the data you voluntarily send us through the contact form: name, email address, organisation (optional) and the content of your message. We do not collect browsing data for advertising purposes, nor do we build profiles about you.

What we use the data for and on what basis

We use this data solely to reply to your enquiry and to follow up on the matter you raise. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to those who contact us and, where applicable, taking steps at your request before any contract, under Article 6(1)(f) and (b) of the GDPR.

Who processes the data

Your message is delivered by email to HoneCraft through technology providers acting as processors, solely for that purpose:

• Google Cloud (Google Ireland Limited), which hosts the service that receives the form, in the europe-west1 region, in Belgium.
• Microsoft (Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited), through Microsoft 365, which delivers the email to our mailbox at honecraft.pt.

The data is processed within the European Union. Should any transfer outside the European Economic Area occur through these providers, it is covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses and other appropriate safeguards. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for other purposes.

How long we keep it

We keep your message only for as long as necessary to handle the enquiry and any relationship arising from it. Once it is no longer needed, it is deleted.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to rectify it, to erase it, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability, under the GDPR. To exercise any of these rights, contact us through the website form. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, the Portuguese Data Protection Authority (CNPD), at www.cnpd.pt.

Cookies and external resources

The honecraft.pt website does not use advertising cookies or traffic analytics tools, so it shows no cookie consent prompt. To display fonts and visual elements, the site loads resources from content delivery networks (Google Fonts and jsDelivr). By the technical nature of that connection, your IP address is communicated to those providers. No tracking cookies are installed.
